All sales are considered final upon purchase. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted.

Please do not send payments until you have reviewed the mockup and an invoice has been sent via email.

Invoices must be paid with 24 hours of issuance. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the invoice will be voided.

Damages and issues

• We carefully inspect all items before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for damages reported after 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
